payal brow arch beauty salon is the best place to go for threading/waxing in South Bay. the women are kind and patient, they do a good and professional job also. my mother and i went and they sat us right away and they were very understanding that it was only my second time threading and did not rush me. instead they taught me proper techniques. prices are also unbeatable; 19ea for eyebrows, upper lip, & chin threading.  we will definitely be going back!
